At Premier Insurance Group, LLC, we recognize that your information’s security and privacy is extremely important. Premier Insurance Group, LLC is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected from individuals who visit our website or use our online services secure and confidential. Our privacy policy and those of our partners and affiliates are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of most existing privacy laws and standards. This Privacy Policy Agreement applies to all of the services we offer and those offered by our partners and/or affiliates, if any. By using the Premier Insurance Group, LLC website, you consent to the data collection procedures described in this Privacy Policy Agreement. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.

Use of information collected

To provide services, we may collect the following types of information:

a) Information you provide

When you ask Premier Insurance Group, LLC to provide insurance services, we will ask for personal information (such as your name, telephone number and email address). If you request an insurance quote or purchase a policy from us, we will also request certain personal information (such as your date of birth, driver’s license and/or account information). We may use the information submitted through our forms to provide a better experience and improve the quality of our services. At times, we may also use personally identifiable information to keep you informed of other products and services that may be available to you.

b) Customer communications

When you send us email or other communications, we may retain them to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

c) Other sites

Our website contains links to affiliate and partner companies (such as insurance carriers) and other websites. Premier Insurance Group, LLC does not accept responsibility for the privacy policies, practices and procedures of other websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to how we handle your information on our website. We recommend reading the privacy policy and security arrangements of other websites before using them.

Website features and service providers

This section describes how specific features of our website handle information:

  • Quote, contact and referral forms. Information you submit is sent by email to our office so a licensed agent can respond. It is not sold. If an email cannot be delivered, the submission is stored temporarily on our secure web server so your request isn’t lost.
  • Appointment booking. When you book an appointment we store your name, phone, email, appointment time, topic and notes so we can manage the appointment. Appointment records are automatically deleted after about 18 months.
  • Spam protection. To prevent abuse, our server temporarily records a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address when you submit a form. These records are deleted automatically within a day.
  • Language translation. If you choose Español or हिन्दी from the language menu, the page text is translated by Google Translate and a small cookie remembers your choice. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.
  • Chat. Our website chat is provided by BotPenguin. Messages you type in the chat are processed by that provider.
  • Maps. Maps on our contact pages are provided by Google Maps.

Unsubscribe or opt out

When you sign up for a service that requires personally identifiable information, we may ask you to provide it. If we use this information in a manner substantially different from the purpose for which it was collected, we will ask for your consent before such use. We will not collect or use sensitive information for purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in specific service notices unless we have obtained your prior consent. You may opt out of receiving information (email, newsletters, brochures, etc.) from us at any time by emailing info@pinsurancellc.com or calling (703) 880-8800. If you choose not to provide information, we may not be able to provide certain services.

Information sharing

Premier Insurance Group, LLC shares personal information with other entities only in these limited circumstances:

  • To fulfill your service request (for example, sharing information with insurance carriers to obtain a quote), for which we will obtain your consent.
  • To satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) enforce applicable terms, including investigating potential violations, (ii) detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues, or (iii) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Premier Insurance Group, LLC, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

If Premier Insurance Group, LLC becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of some or all of its assets, we will notify you before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We may share non-personal information, such as the number of website visitors in a period of time, for research purposes, as long as it is not personally identifiable.

Data security and integrity

Premier Insurance Group, LLC takes appropriate physical, procedural and technical measures to protect our offices and data storage facilities against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data. This includes periodic internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures. Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors and agents on a need-to-know basis; they are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
